Directions to 3 Links Farm

From Interstate 10:

Take exit number 306 (approx. 40 miles east of Tucson). It is the third exit in the Benson area and is just east of the town and San Pedro River bridge. At the bottom of the exit ramp, turn left (northward) at the stop sign. You will then be on the road that leads to the small town of Pomerene.

Follow the road north for about 2 miles, at which point the road will turn westward, entering the town. Please obey posted speed limits in this small town! A few hundred yards past the Pomerene School and the post office is a stop sign. Turn right (northward) at the stop sign, and follow the road, which is known as the Cascabel Road after you pass the dairy.

A few miles beyond Pomerene, you will begin seeing mileposts. Midway between mileposts 13 and 14, look for a double metal gate on your left (west) and a blue and silver mailbox nearby. The number 4202 is on the fence near the gate. Please keep the gate closed if you find it that way.

After you go through the gate, the road will fork after 100 yards. Take the right fork to arrive at the “manor”; a reddish brick house with sage green trim not far north of the fork in the driveway.

Distance from exit number 306 to the 3 Links Farm: about 17 miles. Approximate driving time from Tucson: 1 hour, 40 minutes.

Interesting note: at approximately milepost 10 there is a large sign for the Redington Conservation District. If you look west at this point, you will be looking at the southern half of the 3 Links Farm on both sides of the valley bottom as you head for the main entrance gate described above. Enjoy the beautiful drive and watch out for wildlife!
