The 19th Annual Meeting was held March 31-April 2, 2005 at the Blue Water Resort and Casino in Parker, Arizona.
The theme of this meeting was The Lower Colorado River and the Multi-Species Conservation Plan. Friday morning had a plenary session followed by a general session of technical papers. Saturday was a day of field trips to various locations around the lower Colorado.
A workshop, sponsored by the Arizona Riparian Council, Arizona Water Protection Fund and Apache Natural Resources Conservation District, was conducted about restoring a riparian area and the geomorphology involved. It was conducted by Tom Moody, Natural Channel Design. Flagstaff, AZ; Chris Hoag, Natural Resources Conservation Service, Aberdeen, ID; and Fred Phillips, Fred Phillips Consulting, Flagstaff, AZ.
