The Arizona Riparian Council has held two meetings annually. Meeting locations vary from year to year throughout the state. In the spring, usually a technical meeting where scientific findings are presented is held. These papers are on a Call-for-Papers basis and are peer reviewed for selection. Meetings are usually conducted on Friday/Saturday with paper presentations made on Friday with field trips scheduled on Saturday.
In the fall, usually late September or October, the Council has a Fall Campout and Get Together. This meeting is more of a social gathering, but brief presentations are also made about the topic or location where we are camping.
